Promotion Rules and Conditions

The customer has the right to get the bonus only once and for one account only.
If the customer has several accounts, the bonus can be obtained for one account only.
From one IP address one can obtain only one bonus. If the bonus is credited to two (or more) accounts opened from one IP, the bonus amount will be written off from all accounts except the account for which the bonus was first requested.
An internal transfer between accounts is not counted as a deposit. Hence, the application for a bonus cannot be submitted for a deposit made by internal transfer.
The “100% Withdrawable Bonus” promotion is intended only for “Micro” and “Standard” MT4 accounts. The offer does not extend to “Account 1:1000,” “Standard-MT5,” “MT-ECN,” “Premium” accounts.
The “100% Withdrawable Bonus” offer does not extend to accounts to which any other bonuses have already been awarded.
To obtain the 100% withdrawable bonus, the customer should fund his/her account and submit a bonus claim to the support service.
Only closed non-zero transactions shall be considered.
If the assets of the account (equity) decrease so as to reach the level of the bonus amount, the positions shall be closed automatically.
To keep the bonus, the initial deposit and the bonus amount should remain in the account balance until the required number of lots is closed. You can withdraw profits but not the initial deposit and bonus amounts. If this rule is broken, the bonus will be debited.
In order to withdraw or transfer to another account the amount of the initial deposit and the bonus added to it, the client must make (trade) transactions in the volume calculated by the formula:
Number of lots = bonus amount / 3.
Example:
The bonus amount is $ 3000.
Thus, the number of traded lots is $ 3000/3 = 1000.
When calculating the traded lots, transactions on unclosed positions are not considered.
If funds are withdrawn from the trading account before the conditions of the lots are fulfilled, the bonus will be recalled.
No employees or partners of the company may participate in this promotion.
If NordFX suspects that the customer abuses or tries to abuse the rules of the offer, the company reserves the right, acting at own discretion, to refuse, suspend or recall the 100% withdrawable bonus and, when strictly necessary, to block the customer's account (trading will be prohibited, transactions will be cancelled, the initial deposit will be returned by bank transfer).
If NordFX suspects that the participant abuses the rules of the promotion by hedging his/her positions inside (with the use of other trading accounts with NordFX) or from outside (with the use of other trading accounts with other brokers), the company reserves the right to immediately recall the bonus from the customer’s trading account or from the hedged account without the customer’s consent and, when strictly necessary, to block the customer's account (trading will be prohibited, transactions will be cancelled, the initial deposit will be returned by bank transfer).
The company reserves the right to amend and modify the rules of the present offer without prior notice given to customers.
The company can recall the bonus in case of any abuse or breach of the rules.
