1.1. All clients (hereinafter Participants) of the brokerage company NordFX (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer) automatically take part in the lottery, who:

• - already have a valid account;
• - or opened a new Pro trading account during the period of the lottery (see clause 3.1.), and fulfilled each of the conditions specified in clauses. 1.1.1. and 1.1.2 at least once:
  • 1.1.1. The Participant must replenish this account in the amount of at least 200 USD (two hundred US dollars) during the lottery period.
  • 1.1.2. After replenishing the account, the Participant must make a trading turnover on it with a volume of at least 2 (two) lots in Forex currency pairs, or 2 (two) lots in gold, or 4 (four) lots in silver.
    Only trading operations opened after the account replenishment and closed during the lottery period are taken into account.
    Only trading operations made with Forex currency pairs, gold and silver are taken into account.

1.2. Transfer of funds from other accounts of the Participant opened with the Organizer is not considered to be an account replenishment (see clause 1.1.2.).
Replenishment through local depositors is allowed.

1.3. For each fulfillment of the conditions specified in clauses 1.1.1. and 1.1.2., the Participant receives 1 (one) virtual lottery ticket with the original number, which will participate in the prize drawing.
If these conditions are met twice, the Participant, respectively, receives 2 lottery tickets, etc.

1.4. The number of lottery tickets that one Participant can receive is not limited. The more lottery tickets the Participant receives, the higher the likelihood of winning a prize.

• 1.4.1. If a Participant has one, two or more PRO accounts, on each of which the conditions specified in clauses 1.1.1 and 1.1.2 have been fulfilled one or more times, he or she will receive the corresponding number of lottery tickets.
• 1.4.2. The number of account replenishments specified in clause 1.1.2. is not limited, and can be performed in stages.
• 1.4.3. When determining the number of lottery tickets assigned to the Participant, the total trade turnover made by the Participant during the lottery period is taken into account, provided that the requirements specified in clause 1.1.2 are met.

Examples for transactions with Forex currency pairs and with gold:

• 1. Replenishment 200 USD + trading turnover 2 lots = 1 lottery ticket
• 2. Replenishment 200 USD + 200 USD + trading turnover 4 lots = 2 tickets
• 3. Replenishment 150 USD + 50 USD + trading turnover 2 lots = 1 ticket
• 4. Replenishment 600 USD + 400 USD + trading turnover 10 lots = 5 tickets
• 5. Replenishment 600 USD + 400 USD + trading turnover 6 lots = 3 tickets
• 6. Replenishment of 300 USD + 500 USD + trading turnover 10 lots = 4 tickets

1.5. Trading account numbers and the number of lottery tickets that each participant received will be displayed on the corresponding page of the Organizer's official website at www.NordFX.com.

1.6. Pro-accounts of PAMM-managers and signal providers of the CopyTrading service also participate in the lottery on a general basis, provided that they fulfill the requirements specified in clauses 1.1.1. and 1.1.2.
PAMM account deposits made by investors and subscriptions to trading signals in CopyTrading are not taken into account.

2. Prize fund

2.1. The total prize fund of the lottery is 100,000 USD (one hundred thousand US dollars) in monetary terms.

2.2. The total prize fund is divided into 202 prizes plus 4 super prizes:

• - 140 prizes of $250 (total $35,000),
• - 30 prizes of $500 (total $15,000),
• - 20 prizes of $750 each (total $15,000),
• - 12 prizes of $1,250 (total $15,000),
• - 4 super prizes of $5,000 each (total $20,000).

2.3. There is no limit to the number of prizes one participant can win.

2.4. Prize funds will be credited to the winners to their account in the NordFX Trader's Cabinet within 2 (two) weeks from the date of the lottery draw and the announcement of the winners according to clause 3.5.

2.5. The prize funds can be used by the lottery winner in trading or withdrawn from the account at any time by any of the available methods and without any restrictions.

3. Lottery period, stages and draws

3.1. The lottery period is from March 8, 2024, to December 31, 2024.
The lottery is held in three stages: two intermediate draws and a super final. There is a draw at the end of each stage:

• Stage 1:
  from March 08 to June 30, the draw is on July 08, 2024, with 56 prizes to be drawn, including:
  • - 40 prizes of $250,
  • - 10 prizes of $500,
  • - 5 prizes of $750,
  • - 1 prize of $1,250
  • (Total prize pool is $20,000)
• Stage 2:
  from July 01 to September 30, the draw is on October 08, 2024, with 56 prizes to be drawn, including:
  • - 40 prizes of $250,
  • - 10 prizes of $500,
  • - 5 prizes of $750,
  • - 1 prize of $1,250
  • (Total prize pool is $20,000)
• Stage 3:
  from October 01 to December 31, the draw is on January 08, 2025, 94 prizes to be drawn, of which:
  • - 60 prizes of $250,
  • - 10 prizes of $500,
  • - 10 prizes of $750,
  • - 10 prizes of $1,250,
  • - 4 super prizes of $5,000 each
  • (Total prize pool is $60,000).

3.2. The draw will be held on lottery ticket numbers using a random number generator.

3.3. All lottery tickets received by the participants by the time of the draw are involved in each draw:

• - lottery tickets received by participants in the period from March 08 to June 30, 2024, participate in the draw of July 08, 2024.
• - lottery tickets received by participants in the period from March 08 to September 30, 2024, participate in the draw of October 08, 2024.
• - lottery tickets received by participants in the period from March 08 to December 31, 2024, participate in the draw of January 08, 2025.

3.4. The winning lottery tickets make up an exception from clause 3.3. They are cancelled immediately after winning and do not participate in the further drawing of prizes.

3.5. The results of each draw will be published within a week after it is carried out on page https://nordfx.com/company-news of the Organizer's official website. Also, at the Organizer’s disposal, the results may be published at the official YouTube channel of the Organizer and will include the winning Participant's Pro account number, winning lottery ticket number, as well as the amount of winnings.

4. Other terms

4.1. The organizer of the lottery is the brokerage company NordFX Ltd., operating under the NordFX trademark.

4.2. NordFX employees and their immediate family are not eligible to participate in this lottery.

4.3. The Organizer has no right to disclose and use the personal data of the Lottery Participant for advertising purposes without their prior consent. The exceptions are their trading account number, lottery ticket number and the amount of the winnings.

4.4. A NordFX client who does not wish to participate in the lottery may opt out by sending a notification to GrandPrix@NordFX.com during the lottery period.

4.5. The Organizer reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this lottery, including the prize fund, the dates of the draws, the timing of crediting the prizes without prior notice to the participants, as well as to temporarily suspend the conduct of the lottery or terminate it completely.

4.6. If the Participant uses unscrupulous trading methods (manipulations with deposits/withdrawals of funds, cheating of trading turnover, etc.) in order to obtain an unreasonable advantage in the drawing of prizes, the Organizer may at its own disposal decide to deprive this Participant of the right to participate in the lottery. The lottery tickets received by this participant will be cancelled.

4.7. If the Organiser decides to block or cancel a Participant's Pro account for violating trading rules and/or the terms of the Client Agreement, prize funds will not be paid out or credited to such an account.

4.8. A NordFX client's participation in the lottery conducted by the Organiser constitutes their full and unconditional agreement with these Rules.

4.9. In cases where there are inconsistencies in the lottery's rules across different languages, the English version will be regarded as the authoritative and correct version.
