For the NordFX MT4 mobile trading platform, you will be required to re-login to your trading account. On December 17, 2023, we kindly request you to re-login to your trading account by following these steps:
- Open MetaTrader 4 mobile app.
- Click the main menu > Manage accounts > add account “+”.
- Choose: Login to an existing account.
- Find broker: NordFX.
- Choose the NordFX server as per your existing login details.
- Enter your existing password.
For the Desktop MT4 trading terminals on December 17, 2023:
You will be required to install again the NordFX MT4 Terminal, over the existing trading terminal, in the same directory so that all your user settings, EAs etc. are saved.
To download trading terminal take the following steps:
- Login to NordFX Client Cabinet: https://account.nordfx.com/account/
- Use existing trading account number and password to log in.
- Click to download the MT4 terminal.
- Login to the MT4 trading terminal with existing credentials.
