Swap Free accounts are improved account types where roll over fees are waived to respect clients with Islamic religious beliefs.
NordFX Swap free accounts are available only to clients with Islamic religious beliefs. In order to obtain swap free account, you must provide sufficient proof of your religion, and you will be granted a swap free account.
Swap Free accounts do not pay or earn any interest or swap.

Please note several important considerations regarding the use of swap-free accounts:
Our software automatically conducts real-time analysis of our clients' trading transactions with the aim of ensuring the proper use of such accounts.
To maximize the effectiveness of using swap-free accounts, we recommend prioritizing intraday trading transactions and minimizing the number of operations that carry trading positions over to one or more subsequent days.
In the event of abuse of the benefits associated with trading on swap-free accounts, your account may be disqualified from such a feature. A corresponding notification will be sent to your personal cabinet.
Certain symbols as per below contain a small storage fee.

Forex:
$10 per day per lot, starting from the 8th day. On Wednesdays, the storage fee is charged triple to cover for the weekends.
Please note the exceptions:
USDCNH: $11 per day per lot starting from the 1st day
USDNOK, USDSEK, USDSGD, USDZAR: $20 per day per lot starting from the 1st day
AUDJPY, CADJPY, CHFJPY, GBPJPY, EURJPY, USDJPY: $20 per day per lot starting from the 8th day

Commodities:
Gold (XAUUSD): $30 per day per lot, starting from the 8th day. On Wednesdays, the storage fee is charged triple to cover for the weekends.
Silver (XAGUSD): $15 per day per lot, starting from the 8th day. On Wednesdays, the storage fee is charged triple to cover for the weekends.
Oil (UKOIL, USOIL): $25 per day per lot, starting from the 6th day. On Fridays, the storage fee is charged triple to cover for the weekends.
Natural Gas (XNGUSD): $50 per day per lot, starting from the 1st day. On Fridays, the storage fee is charged triple to cover for the weekends.

Indices:
$1 per day per lot, starting from the 6th day. On Fridays, the storage fee is charged triple to cover for the weekends.

US Stocks:
$1 per day per lot, starting from the 6th day. On Fridays, the storage fee is charged triple to cover for the weekends.

Cryptocurrencies:
BTCUSD: $15 per day per lot, starting from the 1st day.
BNBUSD, ETHUSD: $1 per day per lot, starting from the 1st day.

Lot – the volume unit of a traded instrument. It is equal to 100,000 units of the base currency.

Level of limit and stop orders – the minimal interval between the current price and the pending order level (in points). Inside this interval, take profit, stop loss and pending orders can't be placed. When placing orders within this range is attempted, the server will send an error message and won't accept the order. The level of limit and stop orders is equal to a typical spread.

Freezing level – a ban on changing orders that are close to fulfillment. Within this level, it’s impossible to modify, delete or close positions which are about to be executed. The freezing level value is equal to one-half of the spread of the traded instrument.

Swap – payment for transferring a position overnight (the swap value is displayed in points). Swaps can be positive and negative and are calculated as the difference between interest rates. Swaps are charged daily at 00:00 according to the server time. From Wednesday to Thursday, swaps are charged 3 times higher. The swap rate is the product of the pip price by the number of lots by the number of days.

The settlement date for most Forex instruments is 2 working days. So, if any position is closed after Wednesday at 24:00 server time, it will be settled on the following Monday. This is why we charge 3 times if an order passes the Wednesday 24:00 mark.
For Oils, Indices, and Stock Shares the settlement days are fixed dates in the following month. Regardless, the order remains open for 2 days after Friday, hence the swap is charged then.
Swap is charged every day, except for the weekends, when trading is not available.
Swap is charged on Friday only for Energies.
For Crypto, swap is charged every day, hence it is traded 24\7.

Swap Forex

Margin call – a warning that appears when the ratio of the equity to the margin amount in a trading account goes below the allowed level. In this case, the broker has the right (but is not obliged) to close one or several of the client’s positions according to market conditions.

Stop out – a liquidation level that appears when the ratio of the equity to the margin amount in a trading account goes below the allowed level. In this case, the broker is obliged to close one or several of the client’s positions in order to prevent a negative balance in the account.

Multiple Close-by is not available for crypto pairs and indices.
