📊 𝗨𝗦 𝗖𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲: Dow +0.49% to a record 54,349 🟢 | S&P 500 –0.17% to 7,724 | Nasdaq –0.83% to 26,363 🔴 – AI-spending jitters dragged tech lower.

🌏 𝗔𝘀𝗶𝗮 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻: Pulling back after Wednesday's rally (Nikkei +3.7%, KOSPI +3.8%) – chip stocks lead losses on US tech contagion, Nikkei 225 down to ~65,350, KOSPI down near 2% to ~6,470. ASX also softer.
